Job Opening - Sales Executive

iTranslation Service (iTS) is looking for a Sales Executive to join its growing team. We would like to add someone who can help us leverage our competitive position on the national level (UK), and also expand in Europe and the Gulf Countries.  We are looking for a goal-focused individual who can develop sales and create growth plans in the Language Service Industry. This is a work from home position which focuses on lead generation and acquiring new business.  We are offering a base salary while the main income will be generated through growth and goal achievement commissions. We aim for a lucrative long-term relationship.

What You Will Do: 

  • Hunt and bring clientele to the company
  • Achieve territory sales and profit increase targets
  • Generate and execute sales plans and sales strategies
  • Explore business opportunities and identify new leads for expansion
  • Develop new ways to promote iTS services and to grow the company
  • Work closely with prospective customers to understand business needs
  • Analyze business processes, determine factors of influence and improvement points
  • Recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales
  • Monitor competition and conduct market research to stay on top of industry trends
  • Manage financial information (collect & organize invoices, enter data into software)
  • Travel within assigned sales territory 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Excellent English (Arabic is an asset)
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • 2+ years of experience in business development and successful sales, with a proven track record for acquiring clientele (preferably in the Translation Service Industry)
  • Knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies
  • Networking skills to liaise with business partners and clients
  • Ability to create business plans with actionable objectives
  • Ability to execute said plans and objectives
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze data
  • Prior experience of taking part in the growth of a developing company
  • Prior experience that required excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task 
  • History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation 
  • High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office & G Suite) and confident in learning new software
